chore: update vibe-check-runner for mongodb and async fs

This commit modifies vibe-check-runner.js to:

1. Replace synchronous fs.existsSync calls with the asynchronous fileOrDirExists helper within runVibeCheck to adhere to the Performance Standard for Async Workflows.
2. Add support for mongodb during tech stack detection.
3. Update the commit message generated by the runner to [chore: fidelity-pass] when the verification succeeds.
