Description

When trying to select a model for GitKraken AI, a dropdown appears with no models available to choose from.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Authorize GitLens with an Enterprise subscription.
  2. Set the setting: "gitlens.ai.gitkraken.enable": true
  3. Open the Command Palette (Ctrl+Shift+P).
  4. Run the command: GitLens: Switch AI Provider/Model...
  5. Choose the GitKraken AI provider.
  6. Select an AI model.

Actual result:

'No models found' is displayed in the AI model selection dropdown

Expected result:

The AI model selection dropdown should contain a list of available models.
